Sirius Black = Club is a risk
= Basilisk cur
Fleur Delacour = Of crude allure
= Lure fouler cad
= Old Rubeus blamed
= Duel durable mobs
Rubeus was indeed blamed for opening the Chamber of Secrets but not by Dumbledore who defended him. The durable mobs would best describe Voldemort and company.
Dudley Dursley = Slyly rude dude
Auntie spy ruled
Rule any dispute
Vernon Dursley = Round, never sly
Ever sunny lord
Round for sure but 'never sly' is debatable. The second anagram is definitely classified as an antigram.
Argus Filch = I crush flag
Seamus Finnigan = I'm a Guinness fan
Cornelius Fudge = Seducing fouler
= Duel using force
Hermione Granger = Gem on her earring
= Merging near hero
Rubeus Hagrid = Bushier guard
= I sure had grub
Bellatrix Lestrange = Blatant sex girl leer
= All rebel – extra sting
Right crooked ally
The girly card look
Liked to clog Harry
The Chamber of Secrets film does not show nearly as much as the book how much Gilderoy liked to clog Harry.
Neville Longbottom = Let not mob live long
I guess the mob would be the Death Eaters.
Luna Lovegood = Go on old value
= A ‘no vogue’ doll
Remus Lupin = Lune purism
= Impulse run
Draco Malfoy = Card may fool
= Of a cold army
Lucius Malfoy = I lay foul scum
Minerva Mcgonagall = Call governing ma’am
Suitable anagram for the head of Gryffindor house.
Alastor Moody = O, do stay moral
= Try hero part
= Err at trophy
Anagram #1 has been found by many but the second one has merit also, perhaps referring to grabbing the Triwizard Cup which was a portkey.
Tom Marvolo Riddle = Immortal lord dove
As I'm sure you know, Tom's name is an anagram of I am Lord Voldemort.
Horace Slughorn = Hour long search
Severus Snape = Save up sneers
= Save pureness
Interesting ones for the double agent.
Dean Thomas = O, the DA's man
= Death moans
= Not ashamed
He belonged to the DA a.k.a. Dumbledore's Army.
Nymphadora Tonks = Dark phantoms yon
Sybill Trelawney = Earn by wily tells
Dolores Umbridge = Go, Sir Dumbledore
Downright freaky! She took over Dumbledore's job!
Dolores Jane Umbridge = Join Dumbledore’s rage
= Argus joined rebeldom
By adding Dolores' middle name, we get some more interesting anagrams. Argus was definitely on the side of Umbridge and her quest to seize control of Hogwarts
Arthur Weasley = We salute Harry
Fred Weasley = Fewer delays
= Lads were fey
George Weasley = Yes, we go. Regale!
= Grow eagle eyes
Ginny Weasley = Yay! New single
Molly Weasley = Yell same yowl
Percy Weasley = Eye screwy pal
Ronald Weasley = Lose wand early
The picture at right is perfectly matched to the anagram. Ron's wand is broken in The Chamber of Sercrets
Wormtail = I’m low rat
Wormtail is the nickname of Peter Pettigrew who is an animagus who takes the form of a rat.

Bathilda Bagshot = Bah! Bad hag lost it
Arcturus Black = Rural cutbacks
Regulus Black = 'Slug Club' rake
The Slug Club was the informal name of Horace Slughorn's group of selected favorite students and Regulus Black was indeed a member of the Slug Club.
Lavender Brown = Brand new lover
Millicent Bullstrode = Contributed ill smell
= Little lions crumbled
The symbol of Gryffindor is a lion and Millicent was the type of bullying girl that one could imagine frightening young Gryffindor students.
Charity Burbage = The barbaric guy
= Caught by a brier
Charity is killed by Voldemort in the Deathly Hallows.
Cedric Diggory = Rid odic egg cry
This awkward sounding anagram is surprisingly good for such a difficult name. Remember that Cedric, as one of the chosen school champions in The Goblet of Fire, successfully retrieved the egg from the dragon in the first task. When it was opened, it would let out a piercing sound but Cedric discovered that when opened under water, it would reveal a rhyming song that described the next task. The word odic means relating to a lyric poem, so as in the anagram, we have an odic egg. Since Cedric figured out how to rid the odic egg of its cry, the anagram amazingly makes perfect sense albeit in stilted language.
Elphias Doge = Polished age
Aberforth Dumbledore = Brother duel bad for me
Aberforth was in a three-way duel with his brother Albus and Gellert in which Ariana died.
Ariana Dumbledore = Dame in rural abode
Ariana was the sister of Albus and Aberforth.
Nicholas Flamel = Oh, life calls man
Mundungus Fletcher = Unsung cur fled them
A cur is either a mongrel dog or a mean, cowardly person. Sure enough, Mundungus fled his fellow Order members out of fear during the transport of Harry to safety at the Weasleys.
Gellert Grindelwald = Grand greed will tell
Narcissa Malfoy = Foils a scary man
Moaning Myrtle = Any moment girl
Peter Pettigrew = "I regret!", wept pet
Peter masqueraded as Ron's pet rat Scabbers.
Kingsley Shacklebolt = Black only seeks light
Rita Skeeter = Trait seeker
Salazar Slytherin = Real sly Nazi trash
Salazar's vision of pureblood supremacy was very Nazi-like.
Pius Thicknesse = He's in sick setup
This anagram could be suggestive of Pius becoming the Minister of Magic while under Voldemort's Imperius Curse.
